200 lbf Dial Force Gauge

The CHATILLON® DG Series dial force gauges features 8 models with ±0.5% of full scale accuracy and resolution available in 3 graduation style and different capacities: 200 to 500 lbf, 100-250 KGF or 1000-2500 N. With Peak Load Switch and Tare ring the DG series may be used as a hand-held device or equipped with an optional handle set for two-hand operation.

Description

The Chatillon DG Series is a low cost force measurement solution, ideal for a wide range of force testing. The CHATILLON® DG Series mechanical force gauge is ideal for a wide range of force testing applications up to 500 lbf (2.5 kN).

DG Series mechanical force gauges features a 2.25-inch dial and a peak hold button for capture of the peak readings and an easy return to zero. The concentric dial measures clockwise only and rotates 360 degrees for taring. The DG Series comes with a universal mounting plate, and a mechanical overload feature protects the force gauge from damage.  Based on our popular DPPH Series force gauge, the DG Series features a larger, 2.25-inch dial for improved resolution and readability, peak hold button, durable plastic housing, universal mounting plate, ergonomic shape and improved accuracy of +0.5% of full scale.  The DG gauge is an excellent, economical solution  for tensile or compression testing and can be used as a handheld force gauge or equipped with an optional handle set for two-hand operation. When combined with the MT500 Series mechanical test stand the DG Series provides a versatile, economic test system with a capacity up to 500 lbf (kN).
